We invite you to find out more about Tidewater School and Waldorf Education. We have designed a variety of ways for you to visit our school.

Tours

We are happy to give you a tour of the school if you cannot attend one of our formal information sessions. Children are welcome. Tour lasts approximately 30 minutes.

These will resume during the 2008–2009 school year. For the summer please call or email for an individual tour.

Join the early childhood faculty for an afternoon session and learn about the Waldorf approach to early childhood. The teachers will do a presentation, lead a circle activity, and answer questions. A tour of the grounds will occur at the end.

Waldorf Welcome & Open Main Lesson Observation

These sessions are for parents only. Please make other arrangements for children.

Come experience the artistic balance and academic excellence of Waldorf education. You will observe in several elementary classrooms and then participate in a discussion with plenty of time for questions and answers.
